Cheryl & Company LLC offers opportunities for self exploration & discovery through group gatherings and one-on-one coaching.
My intention is to create a space for learning, alternative and holistic exploration, creative dabbling, and deep connection.
A driving question here at Cheryl & Company is:
How can we love ourselves more deeply?
Really! What would change for you if you fully loved your body, honored it, nurtured it, and cared for it? What if you loved your living space and felt held and supported by it? What if you loved the life you created?
Furthermore,
How could our world change if we all loved ourselves unconditionally?
Thus, a key theme in all of Cheryl & Company’s offerings is that of transformation…of self, of community, and of the planet.
What’s in a name?
Cheryl & Company is about inviting people in – to our home, to our heart. It’s about creating a community of like-minded explorers.
We don’t talk about having company so much anymore, but my grandmother always did – talk about it and have it! Her friends would frequently drop by for coffee – no need to call. I love the idea of that…a time when people were less rushed, didn’t have to pay $3.50 for a cuppa, and would stop by just to chat.
So, this company… is all about Company.
About Cheryl Kempton
Two themes have carried through my varied career: transformational experiences and the notion of space (creating space, designing space, clearing space, spiritual space and also consciously holding space).
For 20 years I have also had an on-going obsession with wellness and nutrition. I have explored many alternative healing modalities in my search for answers and wellness and decided it was time to bring that into my work. In December 2017 I completed a year-long coaching certification course at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
I have also formally studied French, International Business, International Education, and Interior Design, and, less formally, personal development, spirituality, and environmentalism.
I’ve helped University students study abroad, homeowners create eco-friendly kitchens, and apartment dwellers declutter their compact spaces. I’ve also had stints tutoring English as a Second Language, facilitating a personal development course, leading tourists through London on the “Cutting Edge Green Tour” and being an eco-lifestyle consultant. In London I assisted with the mind-body-spirit focused talks and workshops offered by Alternatives.
As a child I couldn’t stop drawing, dancing or climbing trees. I still love art, and also yoga and running – and regularly challenge myself to let go of the thought that I should do them more often!
The twists and turns of my career were spurred by my desire to make a difference in the world and to live creatively, but the specifics shifted with my life circumstances and location.
Now I offer Holistic Health Coaching along with creative and transformational workshops based in SoulCollage® and The Goddess Approach. I also guide people as they declutter their spaces and collaborate with local healers to present Energy Medicine Salons.
I currently live in St Paul, MN.
Disclaimer: On this blog and in my workshops I write about my approach to life, my philosophy, and my ideas about health. It’s based on my coaching training, the extensive personal development work I have done, and my own learning, experiences and realizations in that process. Listen to your gut about what is right for you, ignore what isn’t, and please get appropriate help if you need it.
