The amazing Mama Gena (Regena Thomashauer) talks about the power of bragging to reconnect us to our feminine power, or as she says it, our “divine Goddess energy.”

Our society discourages us women from tooting our own horn, from calling attention to ourselves, and from saying things that might be taken to imply that we think we are better than others. So bragging does not come naturally to most women.

But if we can’t share our own wins and celebrate them, how can we expect anyone else to?

What if, instead of New Year’s resolutions this year, you bragged?

Luckily I have a couple of close girlfriends that I can brag to – and we do, regularly!  It is also one of the things I encourage with my coaching clients.

Lately I’ve received 2 wonderful testimonials that I would like to share with you here, as my own little brag. Thank you to Nancy and Natalie for these beautiful words!

I know I could not have accomplished all that I have accomplished without your support and guidance. On my own I would not have been able to reach this level of health, energy and vitality. It has been a pleasure working with you.      ~Nancy F

…I was literally left tingling after one of the ‘letting go’ exercises lead by Cheryl during my call. This experience is like tilling the packed soil in your mental garden to plant new seeds. I’m eager to apply the tools and resources gleaned from this exchange to harvest new blooms in my life. Thank you, Cheryl! You are a master gardener of inspiration.      ~ Natalie Lu, MSN, RN
