So many of us are perpetually plugged in and wired 24/7 to our gadgets and gizmos. Our energy becomes depleted. Information overload takes a soul-sucking toll. A solution? Earth Medicine.
In this salon conversation, we’ll reconnect to the life-giving energy and the universal wisdom of the earth. It will include a grounding meditation to connect you to the nourishing life force of mother earth. We’ll also discuss the archetypal energy of the 4 directions from a shamanic perspective and how to use the wisdom to maximize and balance your sacred energy.

About Michelle Burns:
Michelle is a personal and professional development coach who has studied energy medicine since the late 90’s. She’s an energy medicine practitioner since 2012 and has studied shamanic energy medicine with Alberto Villodo, PhD, and the Four Winds Society. She is a full mesa carrier. Michelle is also a Reiki Master.
