Soul Tuning through Sound with Mary Anne Beers
Immerse yourself in the healing properties and beautiful sounds of singing bowls!
Sound Healing works with vibrations to balance, move and release energy from your body and energy field that needs to move. Our health and well being is related to our level of movement or lack thereof. This class is a kinesthetic approach to using sound as a healing tool for greater balance, joy and peace.
Come experience the power of Sound vibration to transform and shift your energetic frequencies using rattles, singing bowls, tuning forks and most importantly through the breath and voice. Learn simple ways to be aware of and incorporate sound into your daily life.
About Mary Anne Beers:
Mary Anne received her Sound Healing Mastery Certificate in 2012 and continued on to complete the Mastery of Self and Sound One-Year Apprenticeship program in 2013. She uses Sound as a means for engaging the body, mind and spirit in healing and transformation work. With a background in dance, Tai Chi and bodywork, her kinesthetic approach to Sound Healing allows Mary Anne to create an environment of safety, trust and playfulness. It includes working with essential oils, gemstones as well as the Archangels and other Guides. Her current work explores the use of Breath as Sound and explores the impact breath has on our emotional, physical and spiritual well being.
Location: Private Home in St Paul…please note that we have a dog who may be around. The address will be sent to registered participants.
Advance registration is required. Registration closes the day prior to the event.
Refund/Cancellation policy: Due to the low pricing and small group size, no refunds will be given for the Energy Medicine Salons. Those who cancel more than 48 hours prior to the event can receive a credit for a future Energy Medicine Salon
