Experience Your Chakras with Michele Gehrke
Many of us know or have heard of chakras and that we have an energy field surrounding our bodies.
At this event we will explore ways to experience our energy systems. Cultivating this awareness helps us to tune in to our natural energy bodies.
And the more comfortable we are tuning into our own systems, the more accessible it is for us to tune out into the world around us and appreciate the interconnectedness of the world around us.
You will experience:
- Specific mudras for particular issues in the body
- Meditation, visualization, and breathing techniques to experience the chakras
- How it feels when chakras are in balance (and when out of balance)
Come play and get to know our energy systems by experiencing and feeling each chakra, one by one.
About Michele:
Michele began practicing yoga in 1998, and was taken by its meditative quality and holistic approach to well-being. Her philosophy is inclusive: she believes anyone can benefit by yoga practice, no matter one’s size, age, gender, fitness level or experience.

Michele trained at Green Lotus Yoga and Healing Center, One Spirit Yoga and Spirit of the Lake Yoga and Healing, with an emphasis on Yoga Therapy. She completed her apprenticeship and Meditation Teacher Training with Gracia McKinley of One Spirit Yoga. Michelle is currently participating in Yoga, Ayurveda, Mantra and Meditation course through American Institute of Vedic Studies to become a Yoga and Ayurveda Wellness Consultant.
Beyond yoga, Michele enjoys spending time with her daughter and family and being outdoors to reconnect with nature.
Location: Private home in St Paul…please note that we have a very friendly dog who may be around. The address will be sent to registered participants a couple of days before the event.
Advance registration is required. Registration closes the day prior to the event.
Refund/Cancellation policy: Due to the low pricing and small group size, no refunds will be given for the Energy Medicine Salons. Those who cancel more than 48 hours prior to the event can receive a credit for a future Energy Medicine Salon.
