This event requires prior experience with SoulCollage®.  (Haven’t done SoulCollage® yet?  Then check out the immediately preceding SoulCollage® Foundations workshop.)

What do people mean when they talk about their “shadow”?

What is “shadow work”?

How does it relate to projection?

Integrating one’s shadow is an essential component to becoming whole. It involves facing things we’d rather avoid and taking responsibility when we’d rather blame. But the process is like alchemy; it transforms raw, difficult feelings into internal power and energy, a sense of contentment and joy, and an awareness and appreciate of what is. The reward is pure gold.

At this playshop we will:

  • Discuss different definitions of the ‘shadow’
  • Explore a powerful technique for embracing and integrating the shadow
  • Engage the shadow aspect of SoulCollage® cards through readings.

Prerequisite: Having made one (1) SoulCollage® card.

Bring:  Your deck of SoulCollage® cards (even if it is only one – that’s fine!) and your SoulCollage® journal.

Price:  $35 ($25 early bird price until March 11)

Location: Private Home in St Paul; the address will be sent to registered participants. Please note that we have a dog who may be around.

Disclaimer:  I am not a licensed psychologist or therapist, so each person at my events is responsible for their own journey and for deciding if something isn’t right for them.  I have done extensive shadow work myself as I’ve found it to be one of the most powerful approaches to wholeness. So I will simply be sharing my understandings, experiences, and the best resources I know. I invite you to come, play with these concepts, add your own experiences, and take away only what feels right for you.
