Ayurveda is one of the world’s oldest healing systems. Developed thousands of years ago in India, it is a holistic wellness approach based on the delicate balance between the mind, body, and spirit
At this event you will build your relationship between Yoga, the science of self realization, and Ayurveda, the science of self healing.
We will cover the 6 Pillars of Yogic Lifestyle and the Dinacharya (the sanskrit word for Daily Routine). These holistic routines address: waking time, eating, self massage, meditation, exercise and breath practices.
Come learn and experiment and leave with practical practices to support your health and vitality.
About Elizabeth Eilers Sullivan
Elizabeth is a SourcePoint Therapy practitioner and RYT 500 SomaYoga Therapy Teacher. She holds a Masters in developmental psychology from Boston College and an MFA from the Art Institute of Chicago. Her passion for supporting people of all ages and stages in their full potential stems from her own quest to live this and her own health journey. She teaches and practices in Saint Paul at Tula Yoga & Wellness.
Location: Private Home in St Paul…please note that we have a dog who may be around. The address will be sent to registered participants.
Fee: $20 EARLY BIRD ($25 for registrations after Apr 28)
Advance registration is required. Registration closes the day prior to the event.
Refund/Cancellation policy: Due to the low pricing and small group size, no refunds will be given for the Energy Medicine Salons. Those who cancel more than 48 hours prior to the event can receive a credit for a future Energy Medicine Salon.
