The Healing Power of Decluttering with Cheryl Kempton
What does your space say about you?
Your space is an energetic extension of you: your life, your habits and your behaviors. Your home is part of your creative expression. It is an outward manifestation of your inner energy and can be very telling!
Does your home support your health and healing?
At the same time, the state of your home can be manipulated to impact your energy and your health. In this Salon we will explore these ideas in relation to our stuff by looking at:
- What qualifies as clutter
- How clutter affects our health
- How to release attachment to your clutter.
You will receive a guided visualization to help you get clear on your ideal version of your space.
You will also have time to ask about specific items that you struggle with deciding whether to keep or not.
About Cheryl Kempton
Cheryl has been a personal development junkie and spiritual explorer for the past 18 years. Her journey involved numerous personal development courses and readings on spirituality, consciousness, self-acceptance, and forgiveness. Her interest in living spaces led to a BS in Interior Design, which she now uses, along with her experience in energy medicine, to inform her work with decluttering clients. Location: Private home in St Paul (near Grand Ave); the address will be sent to registered participants a couple of days before the event.
Please note: We have a dog who may be around. If this is an issue, please get in touch and we’ll accommodate as best we can.
Fee: $20 EARLY BIRD ($25 for registrations after Friday, Sept 22)
Advance registration is required. Registration closes the day prior to the event.
Refund/Cancellation policy: Due to the low pricing and small group size, no refunds will be given for the Energy Medicine Salons. Those who cancel more than 48 hours prior to the event can receive a credit towards a future Energy Medicine Salon.
