Mindfulness to Enhance your Energy Medicine Awareness with Cass McLaughlin
According to Jon Kabat-Zinn, mindfulness is learning to “pay attention, in a particular way to the present moment, on purpose and without judgement.” Kabat-Zinn brought mindfulness into mainstream health care, and now almost all settings, here in the West through the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program.
For some, mindfulness is the missing link on their healing path when exploring holistic, integrative and functional medicine, including energy medicine modalities.
Cass will briefly touch on her evolving story of mindfulness, its benefits, limitations, and experiential formal and informal practices so you may discern how you might incorporate and explore more intentional mindfulness into your work and life.
