This is your time. Escape from everyday life.
Take some time for creativity and self-exploration.
Bring images that you’ve been wanting to make into cards or dig through my ever growing stash of images.
Theme: Body Love
What mental food do you put into your body in terms of thoughts, words, beliefs and judgements? How do you feel about your body? Where do you withhold love from your body? Do you want it to be something different? Are you grounded in your body or do you live in your head?
For this open studio we will dive into these questions. Then we’ll explore how we can make cards both from the perspective of these judgements and expectations (shadow) and also from a perspective of acceptance and love of our body (light).
Timing:
We’ll explore the theme for the first 1/2 hour or so. Then you will be free to make whatever cards you are drawn to make regardless of whether they relate to today’s theme. We’ll finish by reading our cards.
You will get:
- 3 blank cards (additional cards are available to purchase)
- Time and space to make cards in a studio environment with all materials set up and easily accessible
- An opportunity to deepen into your experience of SoulCollage® through exploration of a theme
- Guidance in reading your cards
- A lovely 3 hours spent with like-minded women (and sometimes very special men)
Prerequisite: Prior experience with SoulCollage® (at least having made one card). I’ll be available for questions but this does not include a formal introduction to SoulCollage®.
If you are new to SoulCollage®, please get in touch. I would be happy to explore arranging a separate introduction for you.
