Qi~ssage with Bonnie Blanchette
Qi-ssage, developed by Master Chunyi Lin, is a technique that combines energy with gentle touch to stimulate key points in the body. It is done as much with your heart as with your hands and can be learned by anyone.
The session will focus on self-qissage for the head, shoulders, arms, and some of the key points on the lower body. It is a wonderful tool to help you get to know and appreciate your body. Finding the points on yourself is a great way to get familiar with them.
You can also do qi-ssage on others to help them relax and heal faster. There are many specific benefits related to certain energy points but in general qi-ssage can help with pain, relieve stress, boost energy, improve digestion and circulation, and help cells, tissues, and organs function optimally.
You will be learning where the points are and how working on them can help you. Since you will be practicing qi-ssage in the session, dress comfortably. Handouts will be provided.
About Bonnie Blanchette
Bonnie is a Spring Forest Qigong Master Healer who has taught programs at St. John’s Hospital, Woodwinds Health Center, and many locations in the community. She currently does a monthly program called Nourishing Heart and Soul at the Carondelet Center.

Location: Private home in St Paul (near Grand Ave); the address will be sent to registered participants a couple of days before the event.
Fee: $20 EARLY BIRD ($25 for registrations after Friday, Apr 13)
Advance registration is required. Registration closes the day prior to the event.
Refund/Cancellation policy: Due to the low pricing and small group size, no refunds will be given for the Energy Medicine Salons. Those who cancel more than 48 hours prior to the event can receive credit towards a future Energy Medicine Salon.
