SoulCollage® is a transformational collage process developed by Seena Frost from her background in psychotherapy, theology, art, and archetypes. It combines Jungian, creative, spiritual, and energetic elements of our lives into a deck of cards that functions as our own personal guidance system.

These cards are a mirror of you. They represent aspects of your Self, with each card reflecting one part of you. They might be the voices we know so well in our own head, beings in our community, archetypal concepts, or more instinctual energies.
The process and the cards are designed to help you tap into your own inner wisdom through:
- Intuitively choosing images
- Cutting and pasting them onto cards
- Asking the card(s) any question life might present
It’s that simple! And yet very powerful.
For those who choose to continue the process, the cards evolve into a deck that represents your whole self. (Cards are only made for oneself and not for sale, barter or trade.)
The imagery on cards can then be consulted, using a process that starts with the statement “I am One Who…” to identify and clarify what the imagery on the card says to You.
